Practical Information

  • Although reservations are not mandatory, they are strongly recommended as places on each tour are limited.
  • You will participate in an English-language tour with a mixed group.
  • Tours depart at fixed times (see 'Book your visit' for times).
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.
  • The tour lasts approximately two hours.

The underground barracks and museum are heated, while the tunnel network maintains a constant temperature of 11°C. We strongly recommend wearing a sweater or jacket, as well as closed-toe shoes.

This tour is accessible to wheelchair users when accompanied by one person (except for the combat bunkers). Due to the number of steps, a visit to a combat bunker is not recommended for people with heart problems or reduced mobility.

Helpful tips when booking your visit
  • Please indicate the total number of participants and select the desired language for the guided tour. You can purchase a combination ticket for 1 to 8 people.
  • Click on “Rate details” if there are participants other than adults (18 years and older), if you have purchased and paid for the combination ticket online via a partner, or if you are entitled to a discount through a partner of the fort.
  • Family card: a family card is for 2 adults and 2 children. For these 4 people, you do NOT need to enter 4 people under ‘total number of visitors’, but just 1 person. You can, of course, still add extra people.
  • Other reduced rates and promotional prices, if applicable, will be applied at the ticket desk.
  • Voucher discount codes, if applicable, must be entered in step 3 of the booking process and will be deducted at the ticket desk. Please do not forget to bring your voucher.
  • Payment is made at the ticket desk, except for tickets purchased online in advance via a partner.
