What to expect

Take the main staircase or the lift to the middle floor
Explore part of the 5Km long tunnel network
Visit the underground command post
Take the more than 100 steps all the way to the top of a bunker
Visit the site of a massive explosion of a hollow charge with its disastrous consequences

This visit is accessible for wheelchair users, but assistance is required. The combatbunkers are not wheelchair accessible. People with heart problems or limited mobility are advised not to visit the artillery casemate.

The underground barracks and the museum are heated. The tunnel network has a constant temperature of 11°C. A sweater or jacket is strongly recommended. We also recommend closed shoes.
