- You’re free to set or change the number of participants, up to 10 people. No need to inform us in advance.
- For an additional fee, the number of participants can be increased to 15 people.
- The minimum age of participants is 16 years
- For all themed expert tours, please wear sturdy clothing.
- Themed visits are not suitable for visitors with reduced mobility or those in a wheelchair. They are also strongly discouraged for visitors with heart conditions or claustrophobia.
- Pre-booking is required and can be made up to 8 days before the date of the visit.
- Cancellations can only be made by email and up to 2 business days before your visit date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the booking will still be charged.
- You can pay at the ticket office on the day of your visit, by card or in cash.
