• The fixed starting price is based on 1 to 10 participants.
• The guide is included.
• You’re free to set or change the number of participants, up to 10 people. No need to inform us in advance.
• For an additional fee, the number of participants can be increased to 15 people.
• The minimum age of participants is 16 years.
• For this type of visit, please wear sturdy clothing.
• These visits are not suitable for visitors with reduced mobility or those in a wheelchair. They are also strongly discouraged for visitors with heart conditions or claustrophobia.
• Pre-booking is required and can be made up to 8 days before the date of your visit.
• Cancellations can only be made by email and up to 2 business days before your visit date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the booking will still be charged.
• You can pay at the ticket office on the day of your visit, by card or in cash.
