Join us for a free information evening where you’ll meet our team, discover the fort, and learn all about our guide training program.

A Training Program That Combines Theory and Practice
🧭 Theoretical Part Gain insight into the history, architecture, and military context of Fort Eben-Emael. For practical reasons, the theoretical part will be conducted in basic English.
📚 Self-Study and Learning Support Some self-study will be required during the course. You’ll receive a detailed syllabus and study materials in your own language, allowing you to learn and deepen your knowledge at your own pace. 👉 You can always count on a buddy who’s ready to help you and answer your questions.
🎤 Practical Part & Evaluation Evaluations, guided tours, and presentations will take place in your own language. During the internship, you’ll be coached by experienced guides and learn how to provide visitors with an unforgettable experience.

Share the story of the garrison’s daily life, the strategic attack of May 1940, and help visitors truly experience the events that unfolded here. 👣 As an ambassador of the fort, you’ll welcome visitors from around the world, answer their questions, and make every tour a memorable experience.
